What is UltraCELL?

UltraCell is a revolutionary proprietary complex that contains the next generation of scientifically researched super ingredients. Developed to activate explosive gains in muscle growth, delay the onset of muscular fatigue and significantly increase strength levels, UltraCell enables you to breakthrough new barriers of muscular performance and exposes the limitations of existing formulas by activating anabolic gains right from the very first serving.

How does UltraCELL work?

Each optimal dose of Ultra Cell delivers an effective blend of Beta Alanine, Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) and Arginine. Formulated to create a cascade of metabolic reactions in the body including Carnosine synthesis, supplementing with UltraCELL helps to reduce muscle fatigue and also stimulates nitric oxide synthase for extreme vasodilation and increases in muscle cell volume – often referred to as "The Pump".

What mechanism is used for nutrient delivery?

The anabolic response of Ultra Cell is further enhanced via a precise balance of phosphates, a dual creatine combination and fast acting carbohydrates, each promoting rapid entry of these nutrients direct to your receptor sites. This process results in greater nutrient absorption, which is critical for muscle growth and improved recovery during and following high performance intensity exercise. Ultra Cell engages a new gear in muscular performance and mental alertness. Prepare yourself to blast through each and every training session with laser like focus and intensity.

What is Beta Alanine and why is it in UltraCELL?

Beta Alanine is currently the hottest ingredient in performance nutrition. It’s a non-essential amino acid that research has shown promotes high levels of intramuscular Carnosine. As strength training individuals we need Carnosine, a chemical found primarily in fast-twitch muscle, to buffer hydrogen ions (H+), so the pH levels in our muscles don’t decrease to a point beyond which we can’t do another exercise set or even rep.

Essentially, if you can’t push yourself through "the burn" and you are not doing enough reps or sets then you are significantly restricting your growth potential. Higher levels of Carnosine are typically present in sprinters and bodybuilders. This may be due to the fact that intense physical training is responsible for increasing muscle carnosine levels.

Does Beta Alanine delay the onset of fatigue?

Further research has shown that if you can increase Carnosine levels then you can delay fatigue and train with more intensity for longer periods of time. Even in untrained subjects muscle Carnosine stores increased by as much as 58% in just 4 weeks with Beta Alanine supplementation.

I’ve heard caffeine enhances the effects of carnosine, is this true?

Interestingly, the effects of carnosine can be further enhanced with the addition of caffeine. One study demonstrated that the combination of these two compounds significantly enhanced the ability of human muscle fibres to prolong the generation of force.

Beta Alanine is without doubt one of the most exciting ingredients currently in the supplement world and as more research is published confirming its effects on increasing higher training intensity through reduced fatigue, it’s popularity will continue to soar.

Why does Ultra Cell contain caffeine?

Caffeine has been extensively used for decades by athletes wanting to improve endurance performance. Caffeine causes the release of epinephrine from the adrenal glands, which causes lipolysis (the break down of fat) in muscle and adipose tissues. This increased mobilization of free fatty acids can lead to glycogen sparing early in the exercise period because the body uses relatively more free fatty acids for energy.

Caffeine also directly impacts muscles by enhancing the release of calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum found in muscles cells, which improves muscle contraction.

Furthermore, supplementing with caffeine helps to increase energy levels, time to exhaustion, while improving mental focus and concentration.

How does Arginine help create muscle pumps?

Arginine is a key component of the nitric oxide pathway – an important cascade of reactions involved in blood vessel vasodilation and cardiovascular function. Arginine is believed to enhance the vasodilation or muscle pump that occurs in response to resistance training.

Arginine serves as the substrates for the nitric oxide synthase enzyme, which catalyzes the oxidation of arginine to produce citrulline and nitric oxide (NO). In the cells that line the blood vessels (endothelium cells), nitric oxide production causes vasodilation which leads to the opening of the vessels. This sensation is often referred to as the "Muscle Pump".

Further research indicates L-arginine promotes healthy platelet function and enhanced exercise tolerance and is associated with promoting cardiovascular health and immune support.

Why does Ultra Cell use a dual action Creatine complex?

Over 300 scientific papers have been published to date on the effects of creatine as a muscle builder and performance enhancer. The majority of this research has found beneficial effects from creatine supplementation, particularly during short, repeated bursts of high-intensity activity.

Although responses vary from person to person, subjects ingesting creatine average 2-5 pound greater gains in muscle mass, and 5-15% greater increases in muscle strength and power.

Vegetarians who consume no animal products are likely to experience even greater benefits from creatine use.

Initial recommendations for creatine use stemmed from early research that promoted using approximately 5 days termed the "loading phase" of 20-30 grams per day split into equal does over the day, followed by 5 grams per day.

New research however, shows many athletes consume only one 5-6 gm serving 30-60 minutes prior to, or immediately after training as exercise is known to enhance creatine uptake by as much as 10%.

Also by using specific combinations of sodium and chloride (as found in UltraCELL) this ensures more efficient creatine transportation, significantly improved gut tolerability and greater creatine absorption.

What’s the role of BCAA’s in Ultra Cell?

The branched chain amino acids (BCAA’s) found in Ultra CELL consist of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAA’s account for approximately 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle tissue.

Numerous studies have demonstrated the anti-catabolic effects of BCAA’s. It’s been theorized that BCAA’s act as a metabolic fuel during exercise, particularly during intense, extended physical activity. It is suggested that prolonged exercise decreases plasma levels of BCAA’s while increasing plasma fatty acid levels. Increased fatty acid levels result in an increase in free tryptophan levels. Tryptophan is the amino acid precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter that causes feelings of sleepiness and depression. Collectively, increasing the free tryptophan:BCAA ratio during prolonged exercise could, in theory, increase the mental effort necessary to maintain performance at higher levels of intensity.

When should I use UltraCELL?

Ultra CELL is a powerful pre-workout formula. Due to its effect on buffering Hydrogen ions (H+) and its ability to increase your ability to train at levels of higher intensity, it is recommended to consume a serving of Ultra CELL at least 30 minutes prior to exercise.

Recommended Use: Add 1 level scoop (26.34g) to 350ml of cold water and mix with a blender or shaker, alternatively stir with a fork.

On training days: Consume 30 minutes pre workout.

On non training days: Consume in the earlier part of the day at least 45 minutes after a meal or protein nutrition shake.

How many servings of Ultra CELL can I consume per day?

Dependent on your sensitivity to caffeine and your body type we recommend that you consume no more than two servings per day.

Can I mix my Ultra CELL in my protein shake?

This is a personal preference as a serving of protein prior to exercise also has its advantages on muscle recovery and energy metabolism. Most users of Ultra CELL simply like to consume this deliciously refreshing orange drink on its own prior to exercise and not in a protein shake.

Should I take Ultra CELL on days when I don't workout?

Research shows that the ingredients in Ultra CELL actually have an amplified effect by consuming every day for a minimum of 4 weeks. So it’s best to consume one delicious serving of Ultra CELL even on non-workout days, preferably in the earlier part of the day.

Who can use Ultra CELL?

Any individual (male or female) who is looking to surpass their current achievements in the gym and train to the next level. For example if you are not currently satisfied with your results, if your strength is not increasing, if you are constantly burning out before you hit the max then you should benefit by using Ultra CELL.

Does UltraCELL contain any banned substances?

No, Ultra CELL is manufactured in pharmaceutical grade premises, meeting Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) standards to ensure stringent quality control. Packed in high-quality durable plastic containers for maximum protection and sealed to protect product freshness. Ultra CELL can be confidently used by both amateur and professional athletes.

What if I have a medical condition?
